The Secret to Total Health
Bio-individuality may sound like a mouthful, but in a seemingly one-size-fits-all world, I am proud to have this concept at the core of my wellness philosophy.
Let’s break it down.
“Bio” refers to living organisms, and “individuality” means that we are all different. Put together, these two terms recognize the understanding that we are all uniquely built with different requirements and needs to suit our personal health and happiness.
You’ve probably already noticed some of these bio-individuality differences in your friends and family.
Your sister might be able to eat a whole raw kale salad and feel amazing, but you feel bloated and sluggish afterward. Your friend might not be able to tolerate eating a lot of fruit, but you’re able to eat lots of fruit and feel great.
In other words, one person’s food can be another person’s poison. This means that general health recommendations don’t always work! For example, while eating whole-grain toast for breakfast might be okay for some people, if you feel specific symptoms after eating that same bread, your body might be trying to tell you that you have a gluten sensitivity.
During our time together, I’ll be working to help you gain a better understanding of how to read the signals your body is trying to send you so that you can create a diet that is designed specifically for you and your bio-individual needs.

My personal fitness transformation is what sparked my desire to assist others to reach their own health goals. I hold professional certifications as an Integrative Health Coach and Fitness Trainer. I have been working with clients full time for over 8 years.
On a personal level, I am mom to a five year old son. I moved to United States from Poland. I enjoy using my creative skills to build deliciously healthy meals, good music and traveling. I am passionate about fitness.
As your health coach I will take the time needed to understand your lifestyle, not just your symptoms or fitness needs. By getting to know each client, I provide a personalized plan of action tailored to your individual needs.
